Inspecting all turbine components during periodic repairs on-site, based on the turbine's operating hours and defined inspection levels. Inspecting all equipment and ancillary parts during periodic inspections. Preparing initial and final reports after inspections. Preparing the final book for periodic turbine repairs
technical and engineering
Providing technical documentation and prerequisites to contractors for the production of parts (including materials, drawings, test plans, etc.). Reviewing the accuracy of documents provided by suppliers and contractors. Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) and dimensional inspections of parts and supervising the correctness of these tests. Determining destructive laboratory tests and reviewing results based on acceptance criteria and reference standards. Communicating with the client to clarify requirements and resolve engineering and quality challenges in manufacturing. Validating all production stages according to ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) and defined project delivery phases. Supervising and controlling the design of all technical documents prepared by partner companies (drawings, models, and other quality requirements). Preparing the product Bill of Materials (BOM). Supervising and controlling the technical aspects of project cost estimates. Evaluating the technical performance of contractors. Reviewing and responding to customer and contractor inquiries, comments, and suggestions. Providing technical and financial proposals for projects in tenders. Issuing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), providing technical responses, and approving them. Research and development. Creating 3D models and new drawings or making modifications to existing drawings and models as required.
